• Fabric swatches?  Fabric swatches are available on selected fabrics at a cost of 70p each which is refundable with a notice board order - one swatch refund per notice board ordered.  Your refund will be sent as cash enclosed with your notice board. To order a swatch please click on options under the notice board of your choice.

 

 

• Are all of your products hand made?

 

  Yes all of the products on this website are hand made by me.

 

• How do I personalise cards?  Order a personalised in the option section in the details for your required card and then email me with your details for personalisation. 
 

 

 

• How do I pay for my items?  When you click on 'view cart' you will automatically be taken to the PayPal website where you can pay with either a PayPal account or a credit/debit card

 

• Can you send cards directly for me? Yes. if required I can send your card directly for you please contact me with your message and address details.

 

• How are the items despatched? All of my products are carefully wrapped and dispatched as indicated for each product, all items are sent using Post Office services:-

                        Cards will be dispatched to arrive 2 - 3 days from receipt of your order

                        Notice Boards will be dispatched to arrive within 1 week of your order

•  What is your refund policy? In the highly unlikly situation that you are not satisifed with your product please contact me within 7 days of receipt for the address to return your item to and refund instructions
